Background

Team has a size of 5 and planned enhancement are expected to be team size x 2 which should be 10 in this case.

Why this severity

This is strictly not allowed in cs2103 to be fair for everyone.

We actually missed this requirement, and acknowledge the mistake in size of planned enhancements.
