Was unable to add valid names: Nagaratnam S/O Suppiah Zòe Tan

Even though it is stated that names should only contain alphanumeric characters, it is important that the application should support special characters for names as it is a HR app.

A HR Application would require employees to have exact match to their government name for admin purposes and this would be an inconvenience for the user.

Team's Response

A definition online states that "In layouts designed for English language users, alphanumeric characters are those comprised of the combined set of the 26 alphabetic characters, A to Z, and the 10 Arabic numerals, 0 to 9." Our alphanumeric characters refer to this, so special characters cannot be added. This will be handled as a future feature enhancement.
