Incorrect phrasing of User Story

This user story seems to imply that the user is a patient, when it should be written from the perspective of the staff (e.g. ...I can store patient's blood type...)

Thanks for the bug report, and we acknowledge our error. We do believe that an incorrectly phrased user story does not pose much of an inconvenience to users to warrant a Low severity, therefore we have decided to accept it at a VeryLow severity.
