Thank you for the issue.
We think that it is possible that HR entered the tag for an applicant wrongly. Hence, editing the tag allows the HR the flexibility to fix these changes, allowing them to revert the tag to other interview stages, even if it is a previous stage.

I do not think it make sense to reverse some of the interview stage of an applicant. for example with interview confirmed using
add n/y t/bc e/y@example.com j/CS2103 p/000 r/Good at drawing
it does not make sense for user to be able to make mistake edit with
edit [index] t/N
to make it a new applicant[original: nus-cs2103-AY2425S1/pe-interim#134] [original labels: type.FeatureFlaw severity.Low]
