Missing description for various terminologies #128

I'm aware that this is the first time the "reviewed" terminology appears in the UG and it lacks a simple description to describe the purpose of the feature or how it ties in with the flashcard feature since there is no mention of a "reviewed" parameter of the flashcard feature.

Perhaps some simple explaination would suffice to make it clear the intention and how the feature works

One would expect a student to know what 'reviewed' means in the context of study...

In response to it lacks a simple description to describe the purpose of the feature - there are relevant user stories about the review feature in DG.
