Unexplained 'C' in sequence diagram #16

What is this big bold C in this sequence diagram (circled in red below) for the AddAppointmentCommand. It is not explained in the DG what this C means.

We follow closely to AB3 DG, the c represents the return parameter, should have reduce the font size when I was editing the sequence diagram, will take note.

The bug severitiy level is reduced to Very Low because we believe it is purely cosmetic and does not affect the user in understanding our design.
