Description:
Sequence Diagram is created wrongly.
Example: HAMS:Duke class creates ui:UI but there is no arrow back to it, same as parser:Parser. Not only that, the parser:Parser class as illustrated, exists after return new editPatientCommand, which should not be the case.
I suppose the activation bar for parser should not be that long.
And the return arrow to notify the user that patient records are not needed under minimal conditions.
