Manual testing section does not describe what it says #625

Note from the teaching team: This bug was reported during the Part II (Evaluating Documents) stage of the PE. You may reject this bug if it is not related to the quality of documentation.

Currently, the manual testing portion writes about what automated testing features there are instead of the mentioned manual testing. Even if the section does not exist, the existing content should be carefully titled.

Also, it will be helpful for DG to have a manual testing portion to inform new developers what are some errors to expect and exceptions to handle.

Downgrading to Medium because it does not 'cause major problems for users. i.e., makes the product almost unusable for most users.'
