Reproduce:
1) enter some wrong add patient command which lacks of some args
2) input a right command : add patient /ic S9876543F /n Eve /dob 22/05/19 /b O- /p 92436441 , then the output is correct so far.
3) input a wrong command : add patient ic/ n/ hh /dob 22/05/1999 /b O- /p, and the output is :
It works at the first time I run the program, if I re-run it, it seems ok.
Based on the instructions given, our team have tried to reproduce the bug found. However, our team was not able to reproduce the bug. Hence, our team do not really understand what caused the bug identified.
