Misleading error message for set-related command

General description: The program has set the limit range for set-weight and set-height. However, user should also know it. The current error message : This command must follow by description! when inputting an invalid number seems ambiguous. At first, I thought my command format is wrong when firstly saw this messgae.

Current behaviour:

Suggested behaviour: The output may be: Please enter a reasonable number within (num-num)range.

The limit range is detailed below:

Issue noted and is understandable. However, does not affect functionality or usability of the application if a user actually enters a legitimate age/weight, since the validity range is very accomodating and accounts for all possible recorded real-life values.
