I do agree with the bug that is said, perhaps it can be updated to not be expired for this Practical Exam.

Do take note that addingredient section, there is a notable behavior specifying this issue about the outdated expiry date in User Guide. Since System only allows non-expired date to be entered and UG may not be update as often once this has been released.
