Error message says different patient but same IC already exists in the list #750

When entering new patient with completely different details except for the NRIC, the error message states that the patient is already in the list.

Team's Response

We expect all patients to have a unique nric because the NRIC is given by the government and there is no duplication of NRIC for all citizens and permanent citizens of Singapore. We allowed duplication of other fields such as name, phone, blood type etc as they are not able to uniquely identify a patient.

Therefore, our team believe that our system cannot add the same NRIC.
