Multiple bugs being reported in one issue #129

Hi prof!

Regarding issue [UGDG] Multiple typos and grammatical errors present #2252 that our group received, the tester actually listed grammar, spelling and formatting errors from different sections of both our user guide and developer guide together, which I believe may be counted as different bugs? In this case, how should we go about assigning duplicate and original labels? Do we take issue #2252 as the original and allocate all the issues that reported the bugs mentioned in #2252 as duplicates or do we allocate the other individually reported issues as originals and #2252 as a duplicate (if so which issue should be the original of #2252) or do we perhaps count #2252 and the same bugs reported in other issues as originals if #2252 contains some bugs that were not mentioned in other issues and some bugs that were not mentioned in other issues (in this case would we be penalised twice for some errors)?

Thank you very much!

Errrr... quite a lot to read and understand. Took me a while!!

Multiple grammar and typos reported in 1 bug report is OK. Resolution/reference -- will explain with example. B1 - reports issues a, b, c, d B2 - reports b B3 - reports c, d B4 - reports a, e B5 - reports e Make B1 and B5 originals, mark others duplicates of these 2. hope that helps? In any case, this applies: image
