Search feature doesn't fit well #1296

As for the search feature, it can only shows first 10 results. In actual implementation, I don't think it is useful in the product, since it doesn't give any useful information to the users. Also, as in the example, the top five results are ended with "ec", it may be classfied with prefix and suffix. image.png

While we agree that this feature has room for improvement, we did clearly state in the User Guide that more information regarding modules should be done though NUSMODS as our app aims to complement instead of competing with NUSMODS. Due to this we are accepting this bug but decreasing the severity to low, as its only a minor in convinience to switch to NUSMODS.
