Empty flashcard producing errors when restarting the application

[nus-pe-bot]

Added a flashcard with empty questions and answers. Force exited the application with ctrl-c as i am unable to exit the applicatioin and now there is an error. Maybe fixing the bug with the flashcard would solve this error as i think there is a problem with reading the file.
