System disallows past date but allows past timing.

Team's Response

Our application permits all times for the current day so that people may add events that have already taken place within the day itself (for example, an emergency meeting was held and you would like to record down the participants of the meeting in the software after the meeting has ended) we feel that allowing for some degree of flexibility with this promotes a more user friendly experience.
