listAllLocations not case insensitive #1067

I think you entered the command wrongly. It should be "listAllLocation" as in the screenshot you didn't capitalized the L in Location. The error message showing means the system don't know what command this is about. If it's the location being not recognized, error message should be "sorry there's no canteen" instead of "i don't know what that means".
