The DG does not have instructions for manual testing. Manual testing means testing the product as an end user. The end user does not have access to code base or ide, hence it would have been better if the team had included actual test cases that could be used.

I don't agree. The manual testing is in the DG, which used for our developers to test internal functions. And we provide the instructions of how to test it alr.
