User stories in DG not in line with features and scope stated in UG #1078

User Stories not in line with the features and scope stated in User Guide.

The user stories states that "all" facilities in school, but the application is unable to do so. This is not stated in the DG, but stated in the UG. The scope for these two documentations are not in line, and may confuse the developer/ user. The application in actual fact does not support "all" facilities in school.
