"items add" allows adding of items with the same name, quantity and stock. #1136

As stated by the title,

Even though the user guide states this:

It should not allow duplicate items to have the exact same name, quantity and stock. This can be confusing for the user as they will be unable to properly keep track of the stock of their items.
