Record deleted but "current loaded screen" still shows the record #1289

As seen in the image, even though "S1234567D" has been deleted, the current command still displays "S1234567D" even though "S1234567D" has been deleted.

Team's Response

This is a valid concern. However, we would like to lower the severity to Low, as this issue would have to be purposefully invoked by GPs rather than facing it on a daily basis.
