The UG/DG does not mention that the record will not be automatically loaded when the program is exited and started.

Team's Response

We have previously received such feedback. However, loading back the previously loaded patient is not part of our user stories, and implementing such a feature would be prone to bugs and user error. As such, this issue is out of scope.
