Order of parameter is fixed but not specified in UG for checkin #1296

If the name or phone number is entered first, the application does not accept the check in. This should have been mentioned in the UG, and allowing any order of flags in the input might suit fast typists better.

Standardisation of the order of the flags is to ensure that the user gets used to the format of the input to increase typing speed and minimise errors. The reason for putting the id flag first, is because the name is not required for already registered visitors. The order of the flags were arranged according to their priority.
