Valid input for checkin fails #1302

Although all inputs are valid per the UG (no additional whitespace was added behind "Paul"), the application still gives an error regarding the formatting of the name.

The order of the input is invalid, as stated in the UG:

However, we recognise the error message could be clearer. In addition, the user could have used the help command to resolve the issue.
