Same command used twice, gave 2 different kinds of output

Steps to reproduce: I checked in a 3rd visitor - suja - and then used the 'find' command to get their details. Expected output: Their details should have been displayed. Actual output:

The first time I sent the command, it gave me an error of wrong flags even though i followed the correct format, but when the same command had been given the 2nd time, it gave the expected output.
