In the beginning of the UG, there seems to be 3 files - LogFile, History, TrackingList, that would keep all information related to CYC. However, the movestorage command feature explanation is very vague and does not specify which of these 3 files I can move to a different file location. Does it take in all consolidated information, or just the contents from History? I had to read it many times before understanding what exactly the command does. You can also explain more about what you mean by "default setting" as newbie/amateur users might not understand what default location the information is stored at.
