Lease_remaining should accept months #1327

As shown, the lease_remaining filter of the filter function only accepts integers, which may cause small inconviniences should the users want to narrow down the months of the flats remaining lease (perhaps to find the remaining houses that matches their lease of their own house down to months). Since it is displayed and saved into the storage database, why not allow users to have a tighter filter.

Consider your feature. If I were to filter by months, would it be the month in 2021 or 2020? Also, if you are a user, do you feel the need to search for remaining leases on a unit by months? Note that the leases range from 0 - 99 years.
