Box representing instance added to end of sequence diagrams #1399

Note from the teaching team: This bug was reported during the Part II (Evaluating Documents) stage of the PE. You may reject this bug if it is not related to the quality of documentation.

For all sequence diagrams, the box showing an instance of the class is added to the end of the lifeline when it should not be there. This is done on all sequence diagrams, but I will be only showing one below.
