Add shift functions are not user friendly

The vacancy should have a constraint in it based on the number of employee available during the day. The list of employee should only show the list of available employee or at least states the availability status/ date beside the name so that the user know who they can enter. If the list has 20 names in it while only 2 person is available during that day, the list is not effective anymore.
