Hello! Could I clarify if this is generally acceptable where a UML sequence diagram is shared between multiple process?

I would encourage you to pick one interaction and explain only that in the SD. If there are multiple similar interactions, you could simply say that X is similar to Y. Using multiple methods calls as shown here is not suggested.
