Due to how we use to keep track of our arguments in Terminus, double quotations is used as a delimiter to identify many arguments. Hence you can view the double quotes as a special syntax used in Terminus.
It is thus intended by the Team that Terminus cannot create a note with double quotes from within the application. However, we encourage users to edit the text files as they like in each module folder. This would include containing double quotes or even empty contents which is not supported through Terminus as we would also like to provide a less restrictive way of editing your notes that could be created outside of Terminus.

Unable to add quotes in notes through command but the contents of notes can be changed to include quotes using text editor.
