Delete command not accepted when parameter order different. #2957

Although the UG mentions that parameters can be in any order, I get the following error when the delete command parameters are in incorrect order.

In the UG, we thought that it was clear that delete f/ should come together as that was how we introduced the command.

In this case, it is true that the other parameters can be input in any order, but f/ should come right after delete to specify what kind of item the user is trying to delete from. However, we realised that we did not explain this well in our UG, and could have caused a lot of confusion to users.
