Adding expiry date for forex not working as expected.

I typed in an obviously invalid month, but get an incorrect error message stating that I am entering the input in the wrong format, either without the hyphens or without some arguments. But in reality, the month and day don't exist.

This is a duplicate of #2970 as the issue raised is about invalid months and days given

Downgrading to low as this is a very rare scenario given that most people should know the number of days in month and the number of months in a year.
