lack of statistical analysis features

As a user of Expiry Eliminator to help me manage my ingredients and recipes, I want to also find out which ingredient is the most used, which ingredient expires the fastest across say a year. This is so that I can take note of what to buy more and what to buy less to save money.

This not in scope for v2.1, as the current features are sufficient. There is also a lack of convincing justification as to why the omission of this functionality is problematic.
