Duplicates plans in a corrupted plans save file are not detected and removed by the program. #1079

According to the UG, this should not be possible.

Steps to reproduce: Edit the plans.txt in werkItResources to include duplicate plans.

Expected behaviour: The program detects the invalid plan and removes it, just like it does when plans.txt is corrupted and has an impossibly large number of reps and when duplicate workouts are detected:

Actual behaviour: The invalid plans are not detected.
