While adding programming languages to a project could be useful, should the user misspell certain languages, there is no way for the user to rectify his mistake, as there is no update/delete command.
This could cause an inconvenience should the user want to type "C#" as the language, but mispells and types "C" instead. There is now no way for the user to rectify his mistake.
