After deleted the flight number in the booking, the booking is still exist but it should be deleted also

Thank you for pointing this out.

The purpose of booking data is to track all history and current flight bookings. We think it is more reasonable to maintain all booking records even if the flight route is removed, so that the staff can trace the users and refund the money to users.
