Consistency for "help" function

For contacts manager, "help" function works (which I think is good) while for others not. It is better to be more consistent.

Only the main menu has a help command as mentioned in the user guide. Contacts manager, expense tracker and study manager all are consistent without a help command.

What the user has shown is the default error message for an unrecognised user input in contacts manager. The result would be the same if we were to enter any random word that is not a recognized input. So it is not actually a help command.
