The balance left for credit cart calculation does not match #349

When using txt to add some more expenditures, the balance for a credit card is not correct, the balance will not update automatically, but can adjust manually.

Team's Response

The program would have handled it if the program was reloaded with the edited save-file. This should therefore be a documentation bug since we did not specify in the UG that any edits to the save-file should have the program reloaded to update the current saved information running on the application.
