Even though it is stated that it is intended for one hotel, it might be a scenario when the hotel wants to close some room, or create a new room, etc.
Point number 4, while it might be true that changing the file would interfere the function of the program, without modifying the room_file.txt manually, the user cannot edit the list of room (e.g creating a new room, edit a room type, etc)
