Lack of elaboration on certain terms in the UG #1021

As the DG indicates that the target user profile includes people "new ... in fitness" it may be prudent to explain some of the terms used in the UG as they pertain to fitness (e.g. it is not explained what "maintenance calories" actually are)

Maintenance calories is an assume knowledge for the target user who exercise.
