I believe that any NUS Student can use this app simply and need not have to have experience using NUSMods. Hence, an NUS student would suffice, an "NUS student and is using NUSMods" would be incorrect for target user in my own opinion.

Team's Response

NUS student is too general and if they did not use NUSmods before they might be unfamiliar when using our application. However, we do not make assumptions about user's prior knowledge.
