Start up fails based on command given in user guide

As seen above, the command given in the user guide fails to launch the program. Severity low because this hinders the user if he or she has little knowledge on why this problem occurs only looking at the user guide. But can be resolved easily, hence only Low.

Thanks for raising your issue!

You downloaded the file we submitted on LumiNUS with formatted name. Since this is PE for only this module, the file name is definitely different from the file we use for commercial. Users instead follow instruction from step 1 and 2 (the steps that you don't have to do and not allowed to do in PE part 1), which is go to our release on Github and download the file named Upcycle.jar not [CS2113-W12-1][Upcycle].jar. And of course, we write this UG for real users not for only Practical Exam.
