Too many different Id's to keep track of #747

Difficult to sort through many pet ids and employe ids (and services ids, tasks ids , appointments ids) when there are many different types are added.

If 50+ pets and 50+ employees are added it is difficult to find the proper ids and recollect them for input. The list will become too cluttered and the user would have to scroll to find the proper id to input.
