Overall review: I have troubles using this app and I don't like it

During testing and in the actual use of the app

• The response when type in the wrong format is not helpful
• I cannot discover the command and format on my own
• I have to keep track of a lot of id to create meaningful interaction between pet, employee, task, service etc...
• Too many features like task, service, pet but without a concrete use case

Thank you for your suggestion. However, we have one complete and concrete use case shown in the beginning of the UG. Considering that the function of our product may be a little complicated, we hope that the user could quickly get started with the demonstrated workflow. Besides, none of the features are redundancy so it's impossible to just give up some features. So as for the id system, we've created a distinct way of naming for each object and they can be easily shown through "view". We'll try to make the error information more clear and add a "help" function in the future.
