budget can not accept number in scientific notation #801

In help it says, the budget accepts value from 1 to 10^13 which is actually in scientific notation. But when entering amount in a valid range in scientific notation, it can not accept.

Team's Response

The scientific notation raised in both issues direct to the same idea: the tester's misunderstanding on the purpose of the word 10^13 used. The reason of rejection is written under the duplicate issue.
