Two people with different contact numbers and different emails cannot be input just because they have the same names, so maybe it's not so good in practice?

Yes, it is indeed a valid point that some people can have the same name and thus the bug will be accepted. However, add -client is working as intended and thus the bug type should be FeatureFlaw instead of Functionality. Also, the severity Low is appropriate as rarely there are people with identical name (case sensitive).
