Cannot add an appointment as stated in the UG #867

Note from the teaching team: This bug was reported during the Part II (Evaluating Documents) stage of the PE. You may reject this bug if it is not related to the quality of documentation.

In the UG it is said that a new appointment can be added with an example of "appointment add s/5001 p/2001 d/2022-12-01", but this does not work and in reality it was needed to specify the appointment name, in the format of "appointment add s/haircut p/2001 d/2022-12-01", as an example.
