User stories parts don't match

The description of the user story does not match the name of it, it should be that a new pet can be added to the list of pets that are in the hospital, not that you could keep track of them, it sounds more like viewing the list of pets.

Team's Response

By adding the pet to the list, you can keep track of it. Because if you don't add it, you cannot find the pet, not to mention keeping a track of it.
