Unnecessary information shown when IO errors are identified #884

When there is IO error on info command, there should only be error message without needing to print module code, name and description with value null

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Start the program with internet connected.
  2. Input 1
  3. Disconnect the internet
  4. Input info then input cs2113

Expected

I expect that only an error message is shown as the information are unnecessary.

Team's Response

This bug is cosmetic and does not affect usage. However, the dev team does acknowledge that the printed content might seem out of place in the eyes of the user.
